We’ve been learning our portal story with actions in English, innovating our own story and learning about inverted commas and a range of punctuation.

In Geography, we have been locating national landmarks to explore human and physical features in the UK. We can name 3 rivers, 3 mountains, 4 capital cities and sand dunes.

In Maths we have been learning about place value up to 5 digits – including tenths and hundredths and multiplication and division, using arrays.

In Science, we have been learning about animals and their habitats as well as how animals are classified in different ways.

We have been reading Charlotte’s Web as our class book, identifying new vocabulary and taking time to hear a variety of stories.

During Guided Reading we have been comparing our texts and identifying similarities and differences between them.

In our RSE, we have been identifying our future changes linked to Puberty.

Please ask the children about their learning.
